Kinky Workout is a full-body workout that blends fitness, yoga, and acro, with more connection and playfulness than a classic workout.
Move your body, feel your muscles, and explore consensual, playful touch as part of the movement experience β with joy !
No seriousness, no performance β just the pleasure of feeling your body alive and connecting with others !
Concretely
Youβll be guided during ~ 1h, through dynamic mix of fitness, yoga, and acro-inspired movements:Β
β solo, duo, and group exercises adapted to different bodies and levels, including consensual, playful partner touch
to explore coordination and connection.Β
Touch is always optional and consent-based.
All genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles, body types, ethnicities, nationalities, disabilities, and education levels are welcome.

Consent is at the core of sex-positive practices. Within the container of all TouchXplora workshops, consent is always:Β
